You eat consistently every single day you just restrict the window of time you consume food to give your digestive system a break. Your cells also get a chance to repair mitochondrial damage.

What I’ve realized is people who feel inferior will go out there way to feel above or better than others. It’s a sickness. Pray they find peace and are freed from their hate.
