In 1993-94, the very next year, the Bulls went 55-27, without Michael Jordan. A 2 win difference.

Everybody knew the Bulls would win because they had one of the best teams in the NBA without Michael Jordan, and then you added the best player in the league on top of that.

LeBron’s last year in Cleveland (1st time around) they Cavs went 61-21. The next year when he left, they went 19-63. That’s a 42 game difference.

The year before LeBron joined the Heat they went 47-35. The year he joined they went 58-24. That’s an 11 game difference.

LeBron’s last year on the Heat they went 54-28. The next year without him, they went 37-45. 17 game difference.

The year before LeBron went back to the Cavs they went 33-49. His first year back they went 53-29. 30 game difference.
