@johnmoz@Carlso1 It’s not just about football. It’s about the big ten championship, NCAA, final fours, the Super Bowl, and other sporting events were that entertainment complex will be operating all year round.
Sometimes you just gotta stfu and listen to reason! No journalist is perfect and acting like they are is embarrassing. Dianna Russini isn’t worse than let’s say Adam Sheffter because of course personal relationships matter… my problem is the AJ stuff felt like piling on and outside of AJ himself causing stories the extra always pointed to the patriots. Even if it’s what AJ wants there is collusion there!
Newtown, Bucks County … let’s hang tomorrow. I’ll be at one of my favorite places, the Green Parrot, Tuesday night from 5:30 - 7:30 PM signing copies of my book, “The Best of Philly Sports.” We’ll do a Q & A about the book, and more. 240 N. Sycamore Street in Newtown, PA.
I want to thank everyone who watched & listened to me and Jack Fritz play hoops. It was quite a spectacle. Jack was a great competitor in the Best of 5. Special thanks to all my coaches, to our @SportsRadioWIP staff, and to Marc Zumoff, Joey Crawford, Her Magee, and Fran Dunphy!
In 2014, Eliot Shorr-Parks tried to make a name for himself by publishing a hit piece attempting to ruin the career and reputation of DeSean Jackson on the day the Eagles released him.
Now he’s lecturing the Eagles on doing “the classy thing” when moving on from a star WR.
👍
Feeling more grateful than sad today.
There was a time not too long ago when the Eagles being in a Super Bowl was a dream, a once-per-generation occurrence.
Now, they’ve been in 3 of the last 8, winning 2… and so close to winning all 3.
Such an incredible run for a fanbase that endured so much heartbreak for 51 years prior.
They aren’t playing today and that hurts, but this organization’s recent track record shows that we’ll be back before long.
Go Birds 🦅
This 4 minute breakdown of the Eagles final play from Nick Foles is the best I’ve heard & is absolutely worth a listen.
The Eagles should consider offering him a job somewhere on the staff.
