How I animate this camera rotation!!!

1- Animate the floor moving dots in the space.
2- Connect the lines to describe the floor.
3- Draw the character on the floor starting with the feets.

In this case was easy because the character stay in the same place.

Got to do the rough animation for this funny scene from The Traffic, I wanted to make GB very expressive since the voice acting was great and asked for that level of exaggeration. The underwater scene is a reference to The Sunken Place from Get Out!
