@airvistara executives didn’t find anything when I requested but a couple of hours later, AirPods started moving towards thane west.
9:30am - AirPods case in the Flight
9:35pm - case moved to Thane west from the airport lol

@airvistara I filed a complaint at 10:30 am but no response. Now from what I know is the AirPods we’re in the flight until 6pm. And no crew or cleaners or staff wanted to help. And If that’s what it is, then it’s cool. I have a silver membership. cos your service seemed better.

@airvistara I was told nothing was found around my seat.
Here’s movement of my AirPods as per the find my iPhone app. As of now, my AirPod case has been relocated from Andheri East to ghatkopar. And not to lost & Found.

@airvistara I respect that and hence I trusted the crew & they clearly said “they didn’t find anything” but app kept on showing, PODS were On the plane. If someone wanted to help, wud have figured a way out.
I left at 9:30am pods were in flight till 7pm & now they are in thane west. (1/2)
