@EmiratesSupport Thnks! I got it sorted. Feedback: you guys should notify about the chat channel that has a lesser wait- and quick resolution-time. On the automated messages on the call, on the website- to inform the end customer that there is another channel through which one can manage booking.

@emirates unable to manage my booking online since my flight was canceled and the booking reference isn't valid anymore, and call wait times are HUGE- been waiting for 1.5 hours on the call, which is extremely off-putting.
Can someone from the booking office please call me back?
