@Gett_UK i’m trying to raise a complaint against one of your drivers,but whenever I try i am unable to speak to someone as I keep being referred to the app or when I do speak to someone, told it’s the wrong number because I have the wrong type of account. Can someone please call?

On Saturday I was abused by one of Gett’s drivers, Ahmed. Now my attempts to complain seem to be falling on deaf ears. As a disabled person, both of the treatment on the day and the treatment now is abhorrent
