@ShiprocketCare Your service is going from bad to worse every passing day! Especially because there is no way one could talk to a human being over the phone at your end!

[Shiprocket Care @ShiprocketCare]

@daammee_in Hi, I am sorry for the delay and the inconvenience caused regarding the shipment. I have highlighted the shipment to Xpressbees to attempt urgent pickup and request you to please allow me time till 9th Jan, 2025 to get back with an update on this. -FN https://t.co/oxgNBTapkT

[daammee 𓆉 @daammee_in]

@ShiprocketCare is a shitty service provider! SRPID-31252075 was booked on 6th. It's 8th today, yet not picked up, while it was escalated thrice, each time the ticket was closed without a proper resolution! @ShiprocketIndia does this more than often. Worse : no helpline no!

In snow-kissed silence, Christmas morn unfolds,
Joy wrapped in ribbons, a tale retold.
Heartfelt wishes, like ornaments agleam,
Merry moments dance in a Yuletide dream.

The best reason to order from us - finest picks from Darjeeling, Kalimpong and Nepal delivered all over India.
Get a free gift with every order placed on our website https://t.co/MbWjC9zzke - THIS IS A LIMITED PERIOD OFFER.

[daammee 𓆉 @daammee_in]

Usually COD is 50% of our orders and RTO is about 10 - 12%

[Shrishti Sahu 🚀 @shrishtie]

@deepakshenoy Cash on delivery + RTO are huge costs for any D2C brand. 12-20% is common. Lots of fake orders + customers don’t answer + wrong addresses and tons of issues

Hi @anubhavit Your service guys at @EcomExpress_Ofc have gone to the dogs. We registered a pick up 2 days back and your guys don't come to pick them up at all. Every evening we call them, they tell us that they'd turn up the next morning - which they don't. Pathetic service!

[daammee 𓆉 @daammee_in]

Thank you for your continued support!

@help_delhivery They have no answer. Neither does your manager at the local station. Pathetic!
