It is important to understand that the Gandharans were a people who lived in KPK & Pothohar. They followed Buddhism, they were an indic people like Punjabis. Pasthuns migrated to Gandhara in the 15th century, so they can't claim Gandharan civilization only dardics & punjabis can.
Zikrism was founded by a Gangetic Hindustani Muslim who was a Pashtun-Indian hybrid. This heretical sect was basically a collaboration between Pashtun, Baloch and Gangetic Muslims.

Heer Ranjha in Punjabi was considered high literature not just in Panjab but in the Mughal Delhi court where it seems to have had critical acclaim. Shah Alam II’s reference to Ranjha in a couplet he wrote in Panjabi is indicative of this. Heer Ranjha was translated into Braj too.

Balochistan is a diverse mix of different groups that occupied the territory. Ibn Haukal wrote that the Jadgals/Jats occupied Makran. It's also noted that the Arabs invaded the territory and that "Arab blood has undoubtedly left its mark on the present population of the country."
