@NFL_DovKleiman So if you play in the NFL your not allowed to support the right? Or is it just Donny? Or is he just not allowed to because the left will have a tantrum because they didn't get their way? It's a shame the left will let politics tear something as great as a team apart.
Can we normalize business hours being correct in the food industry?
If you open at 10am, you're ready to serve at 10am. Not just showing up and getting the food ready. If you close at 8pm you don't stop serving at 7:30pm and cleaned up by 8pm. That makes you closed at 7:30pm.
Urban Meyer says the quiet part out loud.
Be the best player on your high school team first.
Development > camps.
Mastery > 7-on-7 trophies.
College coaches recruit game tape, not weekends.
I was at a coaching clinic a few years back.
Small group.
End of the day.
Drinking a few beers.
People loosening up.
One guy — maybe five, six years in — starts talking about the program across town from him.
State qualifiers.
Deep roster.
The whole thing.
He says, "I watch what they do and I just feel behind. Like whatever I'm building isn't enough."
A few coaches nodded.
Then he said something quieter.
"I changed my whole summer training plan this year because I heard they were doing altitude camp."
Room got still.
He didn't have the budget for altitude camp.
He didn't even know if it worked for them.
He just saw it and panicked.
That's when someone asked, "Did your old plan work?"
He paused.
"Yeah. It was working."
Nobody said anything for a minute.
Because everyone in that room had done some version of the same thing.
Abandoned something that was working — not because it failed, but because someone else looked like they had more.
That's the thing about comparison.
It doesn't make you better.
It just makes you distrust what you already built.
I’ve coached high school football for 33 years.
I’ve coached teams that have gone 0-10 and teams with that have gone 10-0.
I’ve played for championships and I’ve prayed for first downs.
I’ve lost my cool and I’ve been steady under pressure.
I’ve called some amazing games and I’ve lost games due to foolish decisions.
I’ve laughed and I’ve cried.
What’s remand consistent is the kids. 14-18 years of age that needed a steady voice, someone to believe in them. A leader and a mentor that would bring the best out of them.
Lets keep that in mind as we scheme and dream about next season. It’s all about building champions. One conversation, one practice, one season one life at the time.
This should not be allowed. Ole Miss could still be playing meaningful games and could miss the playoffs because of this alone. Lots of lost respect for both party's. Why are they even allowed to do it?

#Bears HC Ben Johnson was asked in he played Madden growing up:
"I always liked taking the bad teams and doing Franchise mode and try to build them up from there."
One of us.
