@UberEats @UberEats Do better. I get things happen but your “support” team turned a minor inconvenience into a night ruiner. Maybe you can ask @DoorDash or @Seamless how they deal with delivery issues. Definitely not perfect but your failures made them look like saints in comparison.

@UberEats I am absolutely appalled by your “Support” team’s inability to adequately rectify a solution. I told support that the delivery person had not moved in 25 minutes and for the next 20 minutes (ie, the courier had now been stagnant for 45 minutes) support is unhelpful.
