Fatty liver is the accumulation of triglycerides & other fats in the liver cells. The amount of fatty acids in the liver depends on the balance between the process of delivery & removal. In some patients, fatty liver may be accompanied by hepatic inflammation & liver cell death (steatohepatitis). Fatty liver develops in every individual who consumes alcohol more than 60g per day. No medication is available to reverse the fat buildup in the liver. Prevention includes:

I've shared my Cropped Transcript for better understanding of University Grading System. The CGPA is one type of grading system used to measure a student’s academic achievement (Cumulative Grade Point Average). It computes by averaging the grade points earned in all courses over a given period. The advantages of the CGPA system are: An accurate depiction of academic achievement, Course selection flexibility, Encourages a focus on learning & Performance comparison.
CGPA is calculated by adding all GPAs obtained in each semester and dividing by the number of semesters. For GPA each letter is assigned as a number let suppose A is assigned 4 then GPA would be calculated as 4 multiplied by credit hours (the unit of measuring educational credit usually based on the number of classroom hours per week throughout a term).
