Day 17/730 of building Auctra
Today wasn't about adding new features.
It was about slowing down and building the right foundation.
I deleted messy code, rebuilt the Website Builder page from scratch, cleaned up the project structure, and started shaping Auctra into a real product instead of just another landing page.
One thing this journey keeps teaching me:
Sometimes the biggest progress comes from deleting code, not writing more of it.
Building a startup is a series of small decisions that compound over time.
Tomorrow, I'll keep refining the experience—one page at a time.
