We battled through the heat at State this weekend in Peoria and came in third! Everyone worked hard and gave it their all. I got many opportunities in the field and did well running the bases. Getting ready for Nationals next weekend! Go Spikes! 💚💛🖤🥎

My team finished top 4 this weekend at USSSA Storm Dayz in Sycamore! Long weekend with a lot of hard fought battles, teamwork and determination. I got the MVP chain for a sliding outfield catch, and helped out up to bat and in the field. Up next is State in Peoria! Go Spikes!!🥎

🔴 A 35-year-old man named Andrea Russo sneaked past security at Bergamo Airport in Italy. He ran straight into the engine of a Volotea plane that was about to take off for Spain. He died instantly. The plane was damaged, and the airport had to stop operations for a while.

Ashley Ingram, who served as the Director of Finance and Operations for Habitat for Humanity of Central South Carolina, was sentenced to two years in federal prison today after pleading guilty to stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars from the government.
She worked as the Finance & Operations Director for the ACLU of SC. Ingram worked as the accounting manager at Cactus Family Farms in Orangeburg.
