​This guy's neighbor named Lynn called law enforcement to report a dispute regarding rocks being placed along the roadside near Mr. Neal's property on Frank Road. Lynn had previously walked onto the property to confront him about the rocks, at which point Mr. Neal’s dog, Django, ran toward her out of excitement.

​Even though Mr. Neal quickly secured Django and no physical harm occurred, Lynn panicked—claiming her heart rate spiked and she was intimidated—and called the police.

​The Police Arrival & Interaction
​Trooper Garcia arrived at the property to conduct a follow-up and get Mr. Neal's side of the story. Throughout the exchange, Trooper Garcia repeatedly emphasized:
​No crime was being alleged
​There was no criminal investigation
​Mr. Neal was not suspected of any wrongdoing

​Instead of getting defensive, Mr. Neal remained completely calm. He walked the trooper down to the edge of Frank Road to point out tire marks left by reckless drivers—providing context for why roadside boundary markers/rocks were an issue in the first place.

​Once the context was shown, Mr. Neal demonstrated exactly how to protect your rights without escalating the situation:

​He confirmed that no crime was being investigated.
​He politely and firmly stated: "You've asked to speak to me, I've declined to speak to you. Have a nice day."

​He kept the interaction civil, professional, and respectful ("Nothing personal"), maintaining control of the situation from start to finish.

​Know your rights, stay calm, and don't volunteer unnecessary statements when no crime has occurred.

Reportedly, Joe Pesci’s explosive blackjack scene in Casino was filmed early in the morning while the casino floor was closed to the public.

Pesci improvised much of his abuse toward the dealers, including throwing cards at them, giving the scene its raw, unpredictable energy.

Filming at the Riviera took place between 1 a.m. and 4 a.m. to avoid disrupting real gamblers.

Some dealers and extras struggled to keep a straight face because Pesci’s improvised outbursts were so funny, forcing multiple takes; the scene allegedly took the longest to film for this reason.
