Also, "small time landlords" can and do own property with storage and therefore buy in bulk to use when the time comes. However, you are correct that luxury property would be a completely different ball game

@justthinkplz @vampyrling Not even close. Home depot sells carpet that's 79 cents per square foot. So less than a grand. And less than a month's rent by far. ππ»
