@MBonvoyAssist only to come back late afternoon and issue still not resolved. Two days in a row! Staff doesn't care and there is no accountability. I say this as a Gold Elite who have stayed with Marriott many yrs. This was the worst. The fridge needed to be replaced on the 1st night too. 2/2
