@PLDT_Cares this is beyond frustrating. i’ve been more than patient, yet i’m still without service or a proper update. enough with the generic replies, i need a clear timeline. i’ve been reaching out via Messenger and the hotline since Aug 30. it’s now Sept 2. pls fix this ASAP. thanks!

@PLDT_Cares appreciate the 'understanding' but it's been days with no resolution. i don’t need more vague assurances. we’ve paid for a service, and i expect it restored today. stop the delays and fix this immediately.
@PLDT_Cares did this already. been waiting since Aug 30, promised restoration on or before Sept 1, 9 AM. it’s now Sept 2, still unresolved. i don’t want to sound rude, but how am I supposed to stay calm when we’ve paid but haven’t gotten the service promised?
