RIP to the founding father of Paramedic Science, Professor Douglas Chamberlain CBE, OStJ, KSG (1931 to 2025).
An absolute legend, father to all emergency medical personnel past, present and future, and undoubtedly the saviour of millions of lives since 1971 through his development of pre-hospital emergency care and implementation of cardiac resuscitation techniques.
You will be greatly missed but always admired and importantly, never forgotten!
Dear Mr Vice President @JDVance, 34 years ago today I was released from captivity with the fellow American #DesertStorm Prisoners of War I had proudly fought alongside. Many friends, Brit & US, didn't survive.
Fellow veterans politely add your own photos & details, & tag the VP?
