@ticketfactory absolute disgrace, take £650 from my account for Coldplay tickets that were not issued due to website crashing. Nobody seems concerned about this substantial amount of money being removed from an account. No apology and goodness knows when I’ll get the money back!

@Disney_UK can’t believe the shocking customer service I am receiving from Disney. I buy 2 teddies and pay for personalisation... this is how they come... I’m being told it is impossible to print the Disney font on Mickey! Never heard anything more ludicrous.
