@Jassmini2 $70 if the service was ok, if the service was outstanding $100. Now that is in the US in a “tipping situation” chances are if you’re paying that much gratuity has already been added, but you always have to check your check for that. This is kind of a loaded question though.

Why is @TMobile so difficult for phone upgrades for existing customers. I have had my phone for two+ years and the customer service makes it impossible. I pay over $250 monthly for the last 10 years and they still make me pay a deposit of 15% @Verizon is looking better.
