@Chase wins the award for stupidity today. Apparently the app shows incorrect balances when a card is changed, namely zero balance, because it keeps pulling data from the cancelled card! But cardholders are still responsible even after they ADMITTED their error. 🤬

@Markzandi Maybe we need a correction in prices. Certainly don’t see economic indicators that would justify a cut. And it’s likely a good time for a price adjustment since we are getting tax cuts to prop up the economy, so the pain will be minimized.
