@O2 someone needs to resolve this I can't be the only one. Customer service is pathetic and nonexistent no accountability or concern can't wait to hear back from the complaints team
@O2 Several calls to 202 and visits to store and still no idea when order will arrive. I've heard lies after lies since 5th Dec about your warehouse but fail to understand how you still can't deliver my order. Last advice was to wait till 20th. Sons Christmas seems to be ruined
@O2 no one at O2 can provide me with a delivery date which is ludicrous. Someone must be able to answer this. There can't be only one warehouse. Other people seem to be receiving their orders why not mine that was placed on 30th Nov???
