@TesCalendar1@spotted_model Agree it's expensive, the sign saying musk is stealing from you is the part that pushes the negative narrative and has the bias and lie.
@RayFrye15@ChuckCook@cybertruck@Tesla_AI Why no videos? He literally covers FSD progress and they give him early access for feedback. If a company is going to hype up a technology as and tell the world "just try it, just try it" it's totally fair to post things like this.
Personally I think two reasons:
Reason 1: Ice does this for 50-60 and EV will probably be 65-75k
This gap is fine IMHO for EV owners due to all the other value props... (FSD, tech, etc).
The real reason is about half the MY owners would rather have an SUV and they will just split their customers and make their high volume lines less efficient.
No market competition allowed this for years. Now that sales volume has plateaued.... Hoping for a proper 3 row SUV.
ICE is really tough at theor price point though. VTL, cabin warming in garages, lower cost per mile all in their favor.
@TravisAbbott429@BobWinter89@XHabib@grok The Model X only had a 100 kwh pack and had similar to better range than the CT. It was too small though. Up size it a bit (not to Suburban size, but to Arcadia size) and you will be fine with 123 khw. Drop the stainless.
@TravisAbbott429@BobWinter89@XHabib@grok Why can't a 3 row SUV have a 123
Kwh (don't forget that hour) like the CT? Your argument is a 3 row SUV is less efficient than a pickup truck? 🤨
It's like "the idea of detecting rain on the windshield without a sensor looking at the windshield is good, but actually doing it is almost impossible.".
"Wait is that a good ideas?"
Checks notes....
If your not adding back 10% your not removing enough.... We for sure removed enough, maybe this is the 10% we add back...?"
"NAAAAA, let's let the dry wipes shriek! Maybe can detect motor current to the wiper motor!"
"Wait, does anyone think doing this blind with nothing looking at the windshield a good idea?"
"Ideas are overrated"
Ok Elon, just like the camera washers can we add a f-ing camera to see the windshield?
@TravisAbbott429@BobWinter89@XHabib Trying to understand you logic, why wouldn't Tesla want a piece of the 3 row SUV market. "It's not the largest market" is the reason?
@Grok, how many 3 row SUVs in the Grand Highlander/Pilot/Telluride category are sold in the US annually?
@S3XYAI@XHabib Agree overall, but Tesla's app and simplicity are really good too and a reason people want them over others. Very hard to explain until you have one. They are so intuitive. But missing an 3 row SUV with good interior space is a huge hole in their offering.
@wholemars Isn't the future so bright that you don't need to just shill and advertise for the most basic product? I love Tesla and all but it's pretty disheartening that you are literally here posting about a base product in 2026. Feels like the mojo is missing.
