Man City spent over €520m rebuilding their midfield this summer. Rodri, Reijnders, Trafford and Akanji all sold as Enzo Fernández, Elliot Anderson and Ayyoub Bouaddi arrive.

Maresca's rebuild is real. But with no cover for Haaland, is City's biggest risk still unresolved?

Rida was the most undeserving, emotionally unstable winner! Krystal should have thrown her under the bus when she had the chance in the finale and then wouldn't have to share the prize money also! Only Krystal was the true player and deserved to win solo!

Why are the Chelsea fans booing one of our own Enzo Fernandez!? We need him this season! His mentality, drive from midfield, win at all costs attitude, bit of nastiness is what we need!
#FULCHE

@OliviaBuzaglo Chelsea would be better off without any new midfield signings because this late and with 120m in the bank the market would be too inflated! The existing lot of Moisés Caicedo, Roméo Lavia, Dário Essugo, Jordan Henderson, Valentín Barco and Reece James should be enough till Jan.

By subbing on Sensei, Scaloni has done what Tuchel did in the semis! Going ultra defensive with no attacking threat at all! Argentina will lose now! This is anti football! Worst advert for the game in United States!
#WorldCupFinal #ESPARG

The most one sided final ever! With 0 shots by Argentina till end of 90 mins, it seems like Spain playing against cones and still can't score! Penalties looming! #ESPARG #SPAARG

[A. Latif Dadabhoy @dadabhoy08]

Enzo and his petulance might just cost Argentina this final playing with 10 men! 1st yellow for dissent is absolutely preposterous! Should've been extra cautious while on yellow!Shame on Enzo! #ESPARG

[A. Latif Dadabhoy @dadabhoy08]

Europe and UEFA needs to jump on this #HalfTimeShow trend and should incorporate it during Champions League finals! Brings value, added excitement and adds to the atmosphere! Loved it!! #WorldCupFinal #ESPARG

[A. Latif Dadabhoy @dadabhoy08]

Has been a pretty cagey, dull boring so far with no clear cut chances for either team at half time! It's crying out for some Nico Paz magic with no shots at all for Argentina so far this half! #esparg
#WorldCupFinal

[A. Latif Dadabhoy @dadabhoy08]

This #WorldCupFinal is quite literally the #Finalissima, the kings of Europe Vs the kings of South America! Yamal Vs Messi! Bring it on!! #ESPARG

[A. Latif Dadabhoy @dadabhoy08]

Henderson, Eze, Olise and Lacroix all starting! And Mateta on the bench in a world cup bronze medal match! What a proud moment for #CrystalPalaceFc and their wonderful fans from Selhurst park! Go eagles!
#FRAENG

[A. Latif Dadabhoy @dadabhoy08]

Deschamps has truly overstayed his welcome! Can't seem to crack the balance between defence and attack! Completely being overrun by England all over the pitch! Looking really out of sorts!

Chelsea hijacks Arsenal's dream move! Even the lure of UCL football and a chance to defend the league title wasn't enough to convince Morgan Rogers! Arteta must be fuming! Embarrassing for Arsenal!

[Fabrizio Romano @FabrizioRomano]

🚨🔵 BREAKING: MORGAN ROGERS TO CHELSEA, HERE WE GO!

Club to club agreement reached today with Aston Villa to anticipate Arsenal official bid.

£117m proposal has been accepted, as @David_Ornstein reported.

Agreement done with Morgan Rogers on personal terms until June 2032. 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

I've been pushing for a 3 man midfield since the beginning of the world cup to bring more solidity! Finally Deschamps gets it right in the bronze medal game! Dembele can come off the bench! I would've preferred this to be the final though! #FRAENG

[A. Latif Dadabhoy @dadabhoy08]

Don't really like Dembele at 10 for France! Doesn't offer much! He only fits in a specific system at PSG! Barcola certainly offers more on the right wing with Olise at No. 10! #FRAvSEN

[A. Latif Dadabhoy @dadabhoy08]

The 🐐 walker looked offside on the Enzo goal! Where's VAR?
#ENGARG

[A. Latif Dadabhoy @dadabhoy08]

With no patterns of play and just over reliance on individual brilliance has led France to this loss! #Deschampsout Zidane can't come soon enough to lead France to glory again!
#FRAESP

[A. Latif Dadabhoy @dadabhoy08]

If France loses its only because Deschamps's tactical inadequacy! Completely outsmarted by De la fuente! What a shame! Most talented and the best attacking team losing tonight!
#FRAESP

[A. Latif Dadabhoy @dadabhoy08]

This match calls for the creativity of players like Nico Paz and Barco to unlock this low block deep lying stubborn Swiss defence! Current players on the pitch look lost! Scaloni has to use his full squad smartly!
#ARGSUI

[A. Latif Dadabhoy @dadabhoy08]

Perfect use of VAR in a case of mistaken identity! Had the ref not booked Paredes and just called a foul, Embolo would still be on pitch! Brilliant intervention by VAR!
#ARGSUI

[A. Latif Dadabhoy @dadabhoy08]

England owe this win to Tuchel and his brilliant use of the squad with all the substitutions at the right time! Immense mentality by them to hang on and grind out the win!
