This is crazy 😭
Federico Gatti could miss Juventus’ first game of the season after a fan accidentally tackled him from behind during a pitch invasion in a friendly this week.
You genuinely can’t make this up.

Research shows a 72-hour fast can completely rebuild your immune system.
A study from the University of Southern California has revealed that fasting for 72 hours can trigger a complete regeneration of the immune system.
Researchers found that prolonged fasting causes the body to deplete its glucose and fat reserves, forcing it into a detoxifying state that eliminates damaged cells and toxins.
When normal eating resumes, stem cells are activated, leading to the production of fresh, healthy white blood cells. This immune reboot effect was observed in both mice and humans, particularly in chemotherapy patients who showed improved immune health after fasting cycles.
Lead researcher Dr. Valter Longo explains that during fasting, a gene called PKA is suppressed—this gene must be turned off for stem cells to enter regenerative mode.
As a result, the immune system essentially clears out older, weaker components and rebuilds itself anew. While more research is needed to explore the full range of benefits across organs, the study suggests that fasting could be a powerful, drug-free strategy for enhancing immunity, especially for those with weakened systems due to aging or cancer treatment.

🇦🇱💰 Dinamo Tirana president Ardian Bardhi stormed into the dressing room with a bag full of cash and began throwing banknotes around after the club reached the Conference League play-offs.
The players’ reaction? Absolute chaos. 💰😂
Mark Cuban is right: Software is dead
145 million homeowners in the US.
99% of them have zero clue how to use AI.
They don't need a "SaaS" subscription.
They need someone to solve their problems with it.
the next decade belongs to the architects, not the coders.
and the most underserved market of all isn't enterprise.
it isn't startups.
it's homeowners.
physical problems. real money. zero AI competition yet.
here's how to build your slice of it ↓
A doctor spent 40 years fasting thousands of patients shocked me:
“Fasting is the most effective treatment ever shown for the world’s leading cause of cancer.”
Here's his 7 rules to get the most out of fasting:
1. You should fast every single day
If you're involved in football, at any level, then please take 5 minutes to read this thread, you won't regret it.
18 months ago me and my brother began a football project that would have us chasing our dream, day and night. 👍
THE DOUBLE. Wembley stadium 40 years ago today. The double was won, after a brilliant FA Cup Final between Liverpool and Everton, just 7 days after the Reds had secured the title.
Any memories from the day/week? One of the Greatest days in our history. #LFC#YNWA#Liverpool
Now on the glorious 10th of May,
There’s laughing reds on Wembley Way,
We’re full of smiles and joy and glee,
It’s Everton 1 and Liverpool 3.
40 years ago today.
🏆 More cup glory on this day in 1986...
The Reds came from behind to beat Everton 3-1 at Wembley meaning we achieved the league/cup double over The Toffees 🔴
10/05/86:
The first all-Merseyside FA Cup final doesn’t disappoint.
The two best teams in the country go head to head, & it’s the Reds who are triumphant.
They complete the domestic double with a 3-1 victory. Rush with two of the goals after Lineker had given Everton the lead.
All the Liverpool fans pandering to the unrealistic signing of Micheal Olise.
Start looking at the next best alternative to him, Maghnes Akliouche.
A smart right-winger who can create, dribble and contribute defensively.
🚨🇫🇷 𝗡𝗘𝗪 - @lequipe: Liverpool are interested in Monaco’s versatile attacker Maghnes Akliouche (24) as part of their summer rebuild plans.
Monaco would reportedly want around €50m.
Maghnes Akliouche would completely change our attack.
We will go from just passing to Rio and hoping for the best to actual fluid football especially between him and Wirtz.
Such a technical player who is also a monster at pressing + recovering the ball.
🇫🇷 Maghnes Akliouche is a very technically gifted advanced playmaker.
He’s best when operating in and around the edge of the penalty area, where he’s always looking to find penetrative passes for his teammates.
He’s got a great left foot and weighs his passes perfectly. He is effective at disguising his passes by using different parts of his foot and with his body positioning to come up with creative solutions.
He ranks in the top 10 wingers in Ligue 1 for chances created (42) and big chances created (8) this season.
He’s also a very progressive player who loves to be on the ball. He will regularly look to play through balls and play the ball forward with his link-up play.
Another aspect I like about him is that he’s a good pressing player, and also runs a lot without the ball.
Ranks 6th in Ligue 1 for possessions won in the final third (1.10 per 90) and in the 91st percentile for recoveries among his positional peers (5.61 per 90).
What you’re getting with him is a player who brings a lot of value in possession and who will look to unlock defences while also maintaining intensity out of possession.
Another proof that the regs in football are fugged up
and extremely anti competitive.
-> What is even more fugged up is that "those in power" dont do anything about it. Their either blind, or their hands are tied behind their backs, because of a reason or another.
In sports or any other phase of live,
when doing what you do on a high level, being successful, when that punish you,
something is TERRIBLY WRONG!!
