@NatWest_Help Unfortunately I can't. That is also the problem. When I click to send a DM it shuts that straight down. Already been told this is a known fault from your tech guys. Just wondering when the fix is coming? I want to access MyRewards

@NatWest_Help have your technical guys sorted a fix yet for why Android 16 phones can not display the MyRewards tile in their phones anymore? I have been through Cora, been on with tech, tried the advice -'known issue' you are working on. Any updates? Frustrated new customer

Really disappointed with the new 'rewards' programme on the @LidlGB app. Need to spend SIGNIFICANTLY more to get the equivalent 10% off. OK, interim rewards dont have to be a donut or carrots + can be what you want, technically. However customers are out of pocket overall #fail

OK, so I can grab a coffee instead of a donut if I choose, but it will now 'cost' me £70 for a 'free' coffee or £40 for a 'free' donut (which used to be a £10 spend perk) @LidlGB math is OUT

@NatWest_Help Hi. Newish reward account holder here. The MyRewards tile keeps appearing and disappearing from my account home page. I have tried to log in via the Web + cora too, and each time I try the link it says 'something went wrong'. Very frustrating! Can you help?

I see @bankwithsmile is down for 'planned maintenance' AGAIN! I have been trying to get on since just after midnight. Payment not authorised for concert tickets. Genuinely. I am done now. Antiquated app that was once the forerunner in online banking. No 'maintenance' will fix it
