Very disappointed with the customer service from @perfectdraftuk or lack of it should I say! Bought a Pro machine just over a month ago and now a crack in the tap unit has appeared and the machine won’t pressurise, so now doesn’t work! Can I find a number to call…No!! 😤

Well, @BarclaysUKHelp you are absolutely the most unhelpful bank I’ve had the miss-pleasure of dealing with! 4 weeks of ringing business help line and as usual, 90 min wait on hold, before hanging up as my life is more important! Spoke on the chat, they said post us a letter 🤷🏻‍♂️😡

@SkyHelpTeam When you created Sky Glass, did you not think of a plan B for these kind of situations, or was it way of sucking us in and then when connection was lost, we’d have to use mobile data which would result in more GB sales and add ons 🤨 well done sky, crafty, very crafty! 👎🏻
