President Trump just directly called out the suspicious delays in California’s vote counting, specifically in the LA mayoral race involving Spencer Pratt and Steve Hilton:

“It’s FOUR DAYS and they STILL aren’t even close to telling you who won. You know why? Because they’re RIGGING the election, that’s why. Four days!”

He continued: “It’s a crooked state. We have crooked third world elections in a lot of our states and we should pass our SAVE America Act!”

This comes as California continues its painfully slow, opaque counting process with late ballot drops that always seem to shift results in one direction.

While other states finish quickly, California turns elections into multi-day (or multi-week) mysteries.

Trump is right, this kind of dysfunction destroys trust. The SAVE America Act, which includes voter ID and proof of citizenship, is long overdue.
