What it Truly Means to Be Pan-Humanist and Animist
Being a pan-humanist isn’t just about caring for humanity as a whole it’s about seeing beyond borders, labels, and divisions, and recognizing that the dignity, freedom, and wellbeing of every person matters equally. It’s about rejecting tribalism and blind loyalty to party, nation, or ideology and instead prioritizing justice, compassion, and shared humanity.
Being an animist means seeing life, spirit, and consciousness in the world around us in the trees, the wind, the birds in our backyards, even the soil under our feet. It’s a reminder that we are never separate from the world we inhabit, and that our actions ripple through both human and non-human lives.
Together, these paths teach me to live with awareness, respect, and care for people, for the planet, and for the spirits of all beings. It’s about balance, responsibility, and connection, not only to my fellow humans but to everything that sustains life.
To me, this isn’t philosophy it’s a practice of daily life. Every offering to the birds, every mindful step in nature, every choice that values humanity over greed, is an expression of these beliefs.
Being pan-humanist and animist isn’t abstract. It’s love in action, respect in motion, and awareness in every breath. #peace #Love #Unity #Respect #PLUR #BalckBoyJoy
Working in the desert beneath the full radiance of the sun has brought me to new levels of gratitude.
Water becomes sacred.
Sweat becomes an offering.
A cool breeze feels like Christmas morning to a child.
Through conversations with Native elders, I’ve begun to understand what this land requires and what it offers in return. The desert asks for respect, patience, and humility. In exchange, it provides perspective, resilience, and wisdom.
When you walk in step with nature, the exchange is always equal. The land reflects back what you bring to it.
Thank you I love you ❤️ #Blackboyjoy #Animist #Lover
Time is priceless. Life is short. If your only path to being heard is through controversy and outrage, you’re spending your most valuable resource on the wrong investment. #BlackBoyJoy
