The addition of CP as the DAL DC should help the squad simply by not having a terrible DC. But, to get the def in the middle of the pack, I think they need one of two things to be pleasant surprises:

1) Pass rush by Gary, Eze, Lawrence
2) Coverage by Bland, Revel, Durant, etc

Eagles went 8-5 in one score games. In 8 wins, the defense gave up 17.25 ppg. In 5 losses, they still only gave up 22.8 ppg

In wins, the offense scored 21.87 ppg and in losses only scored 18.6 ppg

There was not BTA by Hurts. The defense just balled out lol

Additionally (and more importantly), they have never had a shortage of top talent. That isnt the issue. Their roster drops off a cliff though

@UpinSmokesports Howie has made it so you dont NEED the better QB to win the game. MOST NFL franchises (a few exceptions) are built around the QB and needing them to play well to win
