@Lallana_Pyjama5 @m_leBrave @JustPostingLs@hrhforeverrr I honestly don’t know who it was adopted from. Just like nobody else “truly knows” because all we all know is what we’re told. And there’s no way that we know everything that happened 1,000 years ago. I won’t say it was white, black, pink, brown or purple people who made braids
@MASSIVEClub1874 @m_leBrave @Lallana_Pyjama5@JustPostingLs@hrhforeverrr I completely agree with you! As i stated none of this is a culture or race thing. Because it happens to all of us and we’ve all used the same techniques and each race has made it their own over the many centuries.
@JustPostingLs@hrhforeverrr Also I’m taking anything away from the first people who used braids what I’m saying is braids is not a culture and neither is blonde hair. “White people started braids first” and that may be true but black people turned it into their own craft and damn near turned it into an art
@JustPostingLs@hrhforeverrr You do realize that there are MANY black people born with blonde hair, correct? I’ve never seen anybody born with braids. Even though I don’t mind anybody of any race or culture doing what they want to do with THEIR BODY. I’m just stating the obvious. Carry on though.
