***Free Workout Drop***
This is a basic workout for anyone new to the gym.
It's a 5 day split and for general fitness as opposed to pure muscle building.
Day 1. Upper body
Day 2. Cardio
Day 3. Lower body
Day 4. Cardio
Day 5. Rest
Then repeat from day 1 onwards.
@Rob_FitLegacy People dedicate years trying to get too bulky and fail.
Trust me, you won't accidentally achieve more muscle growth than someone who has dedicated their life to getting big and is still unable to do so.

@gvfarah Every month women remove a certain amount of blood/iron from the body. This is one reason women live longer than men.
I remember reading about cumulative iron being haemotoxicity a while back.
Seems periods are a huge benefit to longevity.
Time to start blood-letting. π

Been messaging a few people on posing recently because I'm not doing card coaching, but I have a friend in the European Finals (27th Oct) so am helping there.

@MikeSchiff_ I used to have a handful of ice cubes in a protein shake by the side of the bed, so that if I woke up in the night, I'd be jacked due to a positive nitrogen balance from 24/7 protein intake. π
