This is another example of how the judiciary works in India.
The main accused is roaming free but a muslim man who retweeted her video has been in remand for 14 days, 100s of km from his home.
Hassan is suffering from extreme pancreatitis and needs constant medical care.
He fainted in jail day before yesterday and had been throwing up since yesterday.
This is the case of extreme negligence by the police.
He is extremely poor and naive and may not even fully comprehend the hat he is being accused of.
Poor people cannot afford name
Brand lawyers and hence the process becomes punishment for them.
