@sam_badawi@FunOfInvesting That’s not large. That’s less than the size of an atom — and a sharp contrast to Chase, Bank of America, PNC, Huntington, even some regional banks as well. $SOFI cannot be trusted as much since it is still fairly new.
@indraredde I wouldn’t get too cocky about that… Sure the Fed rate cuts are probably gonna happen, but I stand corrected that Social Finance’s transparency is way more valuable for investors and consumers.
@Tim_Sweeney_TAR The stock itself is highly volatile. If only $SoFi were to be more transparent with its investors, maybe it would not have been. Investors are customers too.
@GrindeOptions A stock price is only as strong as investor trust. Strip that away, and all you’re left with is the balance sheet. $SoFi = $35B. JPM = $4.5T. One pin drop from JPM outweighs SoFi entirely.
For the record: this isn’t just about me. If SoFi can claim Apple Cash terms override federal law, it puts every consumer at risk. Regulation E exists for a reason.
@Apple — $SOFI used your biometrics to deny fraud protections, now hides behind Apple Cash terms. Either way, they’re using your brand to skirt the law.
