@mkiefer01@Tesla I'm a model X owner & this picture isn't far from the truth. Model 3s & Ys shouldn't have any issues. I should say the same for the Legacy models but I can't. I have frequently visited the service center on an annual basis, requiring 2 to 3 visits or mobile service. OurStruggles.

@WallStreetApes Same as fast food restaurants…when FL voted for $15/hr, most fast food restaurant chains eliminated their frontline workers overnight. Hotels have expenses too just like restaurants & airline companies where they use check-in kiosks for years.
Post about credit ratings but don't post about very very important investor updates that could reduce their share value by 15%.
Here is what happened in last few days
- Oyo released a notice on 29th October
- The very lengthy 43 page notice speaks about 3 subjects.
- One of these points can erode your wealth by 15% if no action is taken. And the deadline given for taking action - 3 days.
- This deadline was decided by Oyo only so it should give you a sense of understanding of how understanding they are of their shareholders.
@riteshagar take back the notice and issue a formal apology. Or don't participate in the bonus issue. Anything other than this will only prove that you don't care about your shareholders and would do anything including defraud your shareholders to make more money.
Technical details of the notice
- Shareholders with more than 6000 shares have an option to select the type of Bonus share
- Class A - Shareholders get 1 additional share. This class is selected by default if you take no action.
- Class B - Shareholders get 1109 shares if Oyo hires a merchant banker in this financial year itself. If they don't hire then you get 0.1 share.
You might think that bonus shares are just bonus and it doesn't affect you . NO.
The value of your shares decreases by the same ratio. If 1 bonus share is issued against every 1 share then the value of your previous share drops by 50%.
So if you don't participate in this bonus share round then the value of your share drops by 15% within 3 days.
Note - Since this is a financial decision I have to tell you that please consult a financial advisor. I am not a SEBI registered advisor and this is just for educational purpose. Frankly it will actually be only educational because most will read this after deadline of 3 days . It will be educational on why not to trust Oyo.

All cctv cameras of the hotels & motels can be connected to software that can detect any threats & can provide instant updates to humanoids to act to any immediate threat. This will help deter the radical & violent elements while providing safety for any given workers & people
