19 rebels dead in a “running firefight” that lasted “throughout the day.” No survivors. No one captured alive. No surrenders. All of them dead.
Meanwhile, not one fatality on the military side. No reported wounded or injured. None.
That in itself casts doubt on the AFP’s narrative.
We will remember Juan Ponce Enrile's long list of crimes. We will mourn his victims, from the killing fields of Samar to the blood-soaked provinces of Bangsamoro.
His legacy of murder & corruption as Martial Law's architect will forever haunt his memory.

UP STUDENTS, FACULTY STAGE BIGGEST WALKOUT SINCE PANDEMIC OVER CORRUPTION, BUDGET CUTS
Thousands of students, faculty, and staff across the University of the Philippines (UP) system staged simultaneous walkouts on Friday, September 12, to protest what they described as rampant government corruption and worsening education budget cuts.
In UP Diliman, more than 3,000 constituents converged at the AS Steps after holding local actions in different colleges, in what the Philippine Collegian called the largest walkout since the pandemic. Protesters condemned widespread corruption and decried substandard infrastructure and services resulting from budget cuts.
At UP Manila, over 600 students and faculty members also walked out of classes and occupied the College of Arts and Sciences grounds, marking the biggest mobilization there since the pandemic, according to The Manila Collegian.
Meanwhile, in UP Tacloban, UP Vista Online reported that students launched their own "Black Friday Protest" led by the UP Tacloban Student Council and Pulso han Mag-aaram.
The Office of the Student Regent earlier urged students to join the protests under the call, "Tama na! Sobra na! Iskolar ng Bayan, walkout na!"
DUTERTE PROTESTERS AT HAGUE
Protestors holding placards demonstrate against the former president Rodrigo Duterte, as they gather in front of the International Criminal Court (ICC) where he will be appearing in The Hague on March 15 (Philippine time).
Duterte was expected to make his first appearance at the International Criminal Court on March 14, to face crimes against humanity charges over his deadly narcotics crackdown. The 79-year-old was set to appear before judges for a short hearing where he is to be informed of the crimes he is alleged to have committed, as well as his rights as a defendant.

Duterte once said:
"Barilin sa puke."
"Babae ka kasi."
"The presidency is not for women."
“Dapat mayor ang nauna.”
How ironic that now, three women will decide his fate.

'lul, mamatay-tao!
Imagine the mammoth crowd of people who went to EDSA on Tuesday, February 25, 1986, the last day of the People Power Revolution. They’re not hakot. At 9:25 pm, the dictator left PH – a miracle indeed.
We remember our history. Fight the historical distortion & amnesia.
