The 17 that qualified in 2022 started in the Cadet School in 2018, and 2019. That's 17 months Officer Training, and then off to Baldonnel to Flight Training.

It is like you said, the timing of finish in the Curragh and then completion of Wings just skipped 2023. Maybe the reasonable answer doesn't get good headlines though.

@nettleswhite @IrishRail GCD always closes on match days. It has one door and one narrow footbridge leading to a narrow island platform. Landsdowne has a direct entrance tunnel to the stadium with people need to cross bridges or tracks. It can handle the capacity, GCD can't safely the numbers.

But if 30 people spoil vote then quota is 36. just reduces votes that somebody needs to get elected. Spoiled votes is just a tagine at the bottom of the results.
