@fourfoot I enjoy these, apart from when the clue is ‘Mike _______, 12th base Shitguard for the San Diego Quails’ or when they don’t tell you an answer is two words
@rupperrt@erik_theviking_@benmarrow@TheEconomist@easyJetholidays Parents and children. It’s a lot easier than booking everything separately, often cheaper, with transfers included and kids activities. Or for winter holidays, much less hassle if booking a group of people.
@thesvelteone It’s got really bad at doing stuff in real time. I don’t know if that’s because no one posts good stuff any more or because it’s built that way. Typically the interesting stuff takes a good few days to pop up
@mwendling@CommunityNotes In some ways it’s worse than nothing, because it allows platforms to point to it and say ‘hey we’re doing something, give us credit’ and they don’t have to address its flaws
@nedboulting is it normal for a darts crowd to not really be in tune with the atmosphere of the match? It felt a bit like the vuvuzelas at the SA World Cup. A decent racket, but not ebbing and flowing with the sport.
