Their lawyers and relatives present at Chhatrasal Stadium have not been permitted to enter the premises or even speak with the officials or detainees, preventing them from verifying the detainees' legal status, health, and providing any legal assistance, or ensuring that their rights are protected.

Written grounds of arrest to detainees and their families, right to meet families and lawyers, right to medical examination are their fundamental rights under the Constitution and cannot be violated.
