My mobikwik wallet was disabled by the company due to a cybercrime related complaint pertaining to my account from vadodara, gujrat.
I've been contacting them for more than 3 months and still no action is taken by them . No response for applications and no Response on helplines

I’ve submitted complaints, documents, statements, and followed every process asked from my side, but still there has been no clear resolution or accountability till now.
People trust cyber crime system for protection and support. At the very least, someone should respond.

I request Gujarat Cyber Crime authorities, Vadodara Rural Cyber Cell, MobiKwik, and all concerned departments to please respond properly and help resolve this matter instead of keeping citizens stuck in silence for months.
