one of my favorite things to watch is those 'expert analyzes film and tv' videos, especially when done by teachers.

@eric_lang@ithayla So odd. "Every" baking recipe/video needs to specify it's _un_salted butter. Almost as if that's the way butter is meant to be when used for cooking. And before anyone asks: Germans are perfectly happy using unsalted butter on bread (together with very salty cold cut meats).
