@IncomeTaxIndia One client received this notice under section 133(6) and we are ready to reply to everything in a detailed manner. However you guys are so brilliant, you only gave us 3 attachments limit to upload with each attachment having max 10 mb limit. Now my question is

Information from client, drafting everything, consolidating everything only to know that total attachment size for so many documents that you have asked for is 3? What joke is this? No wonder we will take time to progress. People behind the govt institutions are so incompetent.

My staff worked tirelessly until midnight to upload the GST returns, facing immense challenges as the portal kept crashing!

It took 10 times more effort than usual.

Taxpayers and professionals are left wondering—why are @theicai, @bcasglobal, and @caas_org remaining silent during this ordeal?

Why is there no action by @cbic_india, @GST_Council, and @Infosys_GSTN?

Why turn a blind eye? This should be solved @PMOIndia.

Dear @Infosys_GSTN , a gentle reminder: today isn’t a relaxed Sunday, it’s a crucial Monday with GSTR-3B payment & filing due.

When the portal refuses to cooperate, taxpayers shouldn’t be penalized for it.
Late fees for system failures is simply unfair.

Fix the portal. Let compliance happen smoothly.

@FinMinIndia Compliance shouldn’t depend on luck or refresh speed. When the system crashes, honest businesses pay the price.

Since morning 3000+ Complaint was raised by various users about non-functionality of GST Portal.

Still there was no action taken by @cbic_india to resolve this issue.

Neither they extended due date nor they are able to solve the portal Glitches.

Then for what purpose @cbic_india is formed ?? Just to collect money by harassing honest taxpayers ???

Matlab aaj toh had hi ho rahi hain...
Mana kar do logo se ki aaj return nahi bhare honge...
Kal interest aur late fees ke saath sab kaam hoga..
Matlab itna nikaammapan 8 saal baad bhi..

In my entire professional life as a CA I have never seen such consistent failure of a statutory compliance portal.

Hours of productive time wasted.
Repeated disruptions.
And ultimately mental harassment of taxpayers and professionals.

Perhaps it’s time to seriously examine accountability even through a PIL…

GST Portal is not Working Properly Since Today Morning, Users are Facing Following Issue
➡️Difficulty in Login on Portal
➡️Captcha is not Loading
➡️Again and Again Logout From Portal
➡️Problem in saving GSTR-3B
➡️Payment and Proceed to file are working only after 6-7 attempts

Kindly solve this problems as soon as possible.

Upload किए invoices भी 2B में नहीं दिखेंगे...
Recipients परेशान... हर बार वही कहानी।

GSTR-3B की Due Date आए...
Portal फिर fail कर दो..
Tax payment अटक जाएगी,...
लेकिन Interest और Late Fees पूरे लगाओ...
हर बार वही कहानी।

Ticket raise करो...
कोई समय पर response नहीं...
कोई accountability नहीं...
और compliance का सारा बोझ taxpayer पर...

सच में, ऐसे compliance portals पर लानत है,
जहाँ system fail हो तो भी जिम्मेदारी taxpayer की ही मानी जाती है।
