I get the uproar about a lawyer submitting fake cases using ChatGPT. That lawyer should be suspended.
The thing I would really like to see an uproar about is lawyers who make up what real cases stand for. In my market, the largest firms do this the most.
They get away with it because of the name on their letterhead. It is gross.
