There is no direct evidence that Tyler Robinson killed anyone. That may be difficult for some to accept, but the evidence the prosecution repeatedly claims to possess never seems to materialize in conclusive form. Most critically, if the prosecution cannot forensically link the alleged murder weapon to Charlie Kirk’s fatal wound, that creates a fundamental evidentiary problem. Suspicion is not proof. Association is not causation. And if the state cannot prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Tyler Robinson committed the killing, the verdict is not guilty.
