You are already at a better advantage with an MSc in Reservoir Engineering, and I believe more training will follow after the Mud Engineering and Drilling Fluids training.

Only get your NEBOSH IGC certification done, if you can. Other likely requirements for offshore access, like BOSIET, etc., will be handled by your employer when you get a job, if you need to go offshore.

I've attached a study material for the NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety Level I and II.
