@DrJenGunter Hi, ENT here. Fairly typical for Mono ( or a mono like) illness ( I always say “ mono like” to pts before EB virology studies are back, because other viruses ( other than EB) can cause it. ) Presume you had mono spot or viral studies etc. anyway, ymmv. Glad you’re on the mend.

As a surgical resident I was taught the two most important skills ANY surgeon can have is the ability “ release the pus and release the piss)
Having been on both ends of both of these, I can confirm! ( and was grateful for Morris my Urologist re the second release)
