2024: The Criminal Justice Bill introduces powers to fine, move on or imprison those “intending” to sleep rough or having the “appearance” of having slept rough or “an excessive smell.”

January saw the sale of the Spectator's home in Westminster for £6.85m. In February, the parcel delivery business Yodel was sold on as yet unspecified terms but which left behind the company debt to HSBC.
