Some people apparently find it annoying to share this encapsulation of how the Mail has fanned the flames of the far right mob but I think it’s important to highlight their role

2024: The Criminal Justice Bill introduces powers to fine, move on or imprison those “intending” to sleep rough or having the “appearance” of having slept rough or “an excessive smell.”
