@jo09270 @tintinpapa1 I don’t think this is in the Philippines. Look at the writing on the side of the cctv monitor. Looks Thai. Also, as a Filipino, I can vouch that using the stairs instead of elevators during earthquake or fire is taught in schools.

@chikalovesworld @Kyo0108a947qdy1 Because in the Philippines, most people don’t want to touch toilet lids specially in public bathrooms because of hygiene issues. And nobody wants to use a toilet with the lid down because there might be an unpleasant surprise waiting. So an open lid toilet means it’s safe to use
