A 20-year-old man has been found guilty of sharing and possessing Islamist terrorist material following an investigation by Counter Terrorism Policing (CTP) London.

Shuja Gibraeel Mohsin, 20 (24.01.06) of Mitcham, was found guilty on 19 June, following a two-week trial at the Old Bailey.

Mohsin was stopped in January 2024 by Counter Terrorism officers at Heathrow airport as he returned to the UK from a trip to Pakistan.

Officers carried out a “schedule 7” stop, during which, they seized Mohsin’s phone. After the stop, Mohsin was allowed on his way, but specialist officers carried out further examination of his device, as well as a USB stick and they found evidence that Mohsin had been viewing material and joined various chat groups linked to extreme Islamist groups, including the Taliban, Hamas and Daesh.

As they examined his phone officers identified material of particular concern including a bomb-making manual, as well as various Daesh execution video that Mohsin had sent to an online contact.

Mohsin was arrested in March 2024 and his computer was also seized. He was further arrested in July 2024 where he we was questioned by detectives about some of the material found on his devices, but provided no comment in response.

Mohsin was released on bail and after further enquiries and examination of his devices, the Crown Prosecution Service authorised charges against him in April 2025.

Mohsin was convicted of one count of possession of a document likely to be of use to a terrorist, contrary to section 58 Terrorism Act (TACT), 2000, relating to the bomb-making document. He was also convicted of two counts of dissemination of terrorist material, contrary to section 2, TAC, 2006 in relation to Daesh execution videos he had shared with an online contact.

He is due to be sentenced on 14 August.

Thanks to @UKLabour Muslim child rape gang leader Arshid Hussain could be freed after serving as little as a third of his sentence.

He didn't just rape little girls as young as 11, he actually tortured them too.

Arshid Hussain was described as one of the most dangerous men in the UK.

He was found guilty in 2016 at Sheffield Crown Court of 38 offences, including rape, indecent assault, abduction, false imprisonment and making threats to kill.

Due to the Sentencing Act 2026, Arshid Hussain – the man who abducted and raped me as a child, and who did the same to dozens of other children – is being considered for early release. He was sentenced to 35 years in prison in early 2017 and was described as one of the most dangerous men in the UK. He was later convicted of further offences.

His brother, Basharat Hussain, is also being considered for release.

I honestly can’t put into words how disgusted I am with the British government.
